President
Shawn Farrell
Shawn was raised in a family heavily involved in the construction industry and followed that passion from a young age.
His direct experience in the field as well as his work on land development, vertical construction, and community management will apply directly to the process of helping HHC Homes grow into a respected, high-quality builder in the NWA market and beyond.
Shawn lives in Lowell with his wife and two children. On the weekends you can find them at the Bentonville farmer’s market or enjoying local trails exploring Northwest Arkansas.
VP of Supply Chain Management
Jingjing Tang
Jingjing brings global supply chain management, data analysis, consumer operations and marketing management experience from her time with JD.com as well as Alibaba as Senior Operations Manager in China.
Additionally, during her time as General Manager of United States and Canada for PandaFresh, she was in charge of a team of 100 employees while the business grew up to 700 orders per day within two years of opening for business.
Office Manager
Brittany Witham
Brittany has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, and over seven years of client relationship experience under her belt. She has managed and operated stores of over 40,000 Sq. feet for the nationwide company Painted Tree Boutiques. Most recently, she has assisted GW Lighting & Home into an era of record sales and internal growth. Currently as Office Manager Brittany maintains order through the ebbs and flows of day-to-day challenges at HHC Homes; while keeping her eyes on the ever changing future of the real estate landscape.
When Brittany is away from work she enjoys- visiting local coffee shops, exploring new and unique hiking trails, dominating in tennis, and completing puzzles.
VP of Land Acquisition, Business & Product Development
Michael Landis
Landis brings a solid 30-year background in single-family home and small commercial construction to the company. He and his father owned and operated Landis Construction, based out of Joplin, MO.
Michael has always felt strongly about serving his community and has actively served the Joplin community for the past 34 years. Michael was a board member of the Joplin Home Builders Association of southwest Missouri for 8 years, a Joplin School Board member for 14 years, a Joplin Rotary member for 23 years, he served on the City of Joplin Building Board of Appeals for 7 years and was a Joplin Chamber of Commerce Leadership Joplin Committee Member for 10 years. Serving his community on these boards in addition to several others, along with Michael's recent position serving from 2019-2021 as a Field Representative for United States Congressman Billy Long of the MO-7th District, has allowed Landis to make strong connections in all of the areas that HHC Homes operates.
VP of Construction Operations
Clint Riggs
Clint started his journey in the construction industry with his father in Kansas City, Missouri.
From retail, hospitality, healthcare, education, and residential projects, Clint’s expertise in managing large-scale projects will benefit the communities of homes that he builds in Northwest Arkansas.
On the weekends, he is heavily involved in his daughter and son’s sports activities and enjoys spending time outside with his family.
